Premium Stash Tab Upgrade

So, today I bought a "Premium Stash Tab Upgrade" for 30 points to get the Dark Mystery Box when you spend points. I bought the stash tab upgrade while I am in Standard League so I have a few "Remove-Only" tabs. It transformed a remove-only tab into a premium stash tab and made one that I currently use into a remove-only tab.

Is this supposed to be intended or did I experience a bug?
