Creating Account via Steam allows you to use symbols that are not allowed

Yo As you maybe can see my Account Name is "Bitte_Scheiße". The "ß" Is not an allowed character and im not sure about "_" but that one might neither. Having this name makes me unable to use Acquisition and sell things through Poe.Trade which takes away a big part of the game

I managed to get this name by Creating an Account via Steam and that made it take my Current Steam IGN which was "Bitte Scheiße".

not tested but i'm sure poe handles char names as unicode which allows 'ß' and '_'

if true that would leave the problem being aquisition handling it poorly.

edit: try bumping your thread to see if the indexer finds it.

Contacted the support about a name change and its now Changed to "Farfarsbane" With no further Changes than updating Forum thread number and sending a new message to Poexyzis and its fixed
