Question about Life leech and Mana leech.

So the mod on items say +1% to 2% Physical Damage Life leech or Mana leech, does that apply when you use spell? For instance Freezing pulse?
Because the description says Physical damage meaning it doesnt say anything for spell damage.

Im confused here.
Anyone care to explain?

It's exactly how it's worded. Freezing pulse is not physical damage, so no, it does not give life leech and mana leech from those items.

The only way to get life/mana leech from Freezing Pulse is to use the support gems.
