[2.3 cheap Blade Vortex Juggernaut]

All Gear together cost me less than 1 ex.
Blade Vortex is optimal for cheap Tanks because it deals more damage the longer you cast it. With this, this is a good combination of cheap items to clear yellow and red maps with most affixes. Bosses with a scaling of 5 can be a Problem, 1-3 are always safe.

The only affixes this build can't dp are no regen and reduced replenish. Sometimes extra damage can be critical because of the lack of max resistance.

At Level 85 this build has 7100 life and 2600 life regen peak (750 minimum, most common 1500-2000). Immortal Call is Most time up while taking damage. This helps a lot.

It's hard to say what dps it actually has, it should have a about 30 k with all blades up. This is quite low. Potential is about 80 k if you max all gems and add a sixths socket.
Usually you will have about 5-10 k while mapping because you won't have all blades up.

Besides this build has a Shield it doesn't use block, its just for the stats. It is possible to make this a RF build, but you will lose much defense.

Middle Mouse Button: Frenzy (Use at "mean" bosses for the Fortify and Damage boost)

Triggered Skills: Knockback, Molten Shell, Warlords Mark (for the leech) + Immortal Call

Prophecy: Unflicting-Unrelecting-Unyielding-Unstoppable (Yes it can Tank Uber Izaro, just takes a few Minutes because of the teleport)

Gear + Flasks:


Pros:
Cheap, can do most Map Mods and most Maps, including Uber Lab, hardcore Viable, beginner friendly (As you can see it only uses Life flasks, very easy to use, just spam if reduced to lo life, won't happen often)

Cons:
Can't do all Maps, some Bosses are just too strong. Will never be able to do Uber Atziri. Very slow clear Speed. Only works with league-specific Ring.
