Low-Life Blade Vortex (2.3 - Prophecy)

Got my char to a point I am happy with for this league and wanted to document it before it goes to standard. Scion wasn't the best choice for a starting class but I didn't care enough to reroll, worked well enough. All maps and end game bosses cleared, pretty high clear speed in most high maps. Can do all map mods except phys reflect, no leech and blood magic (also no regen paired with hexproof is problematic). Completed a Headhunter card set as my final item, though I don't use it all the time. My gear and passives are balanced around Doryani's belt so my stats are a bit off when I use the Headhunter, but it is fun for clearing maps. Shield is relatively low ES but the crit, mana regen and resist are hard to find on shields with 500-600 ES and I'm already sitting at 11k ES total, which is really enough anyways.
