Titucius' Span with non-converted spell block

Defense tab displays spell block against projectiles incorrectly.
Not sure if this is only display problem or also gameplay one.

Normal block from anvil increases both chance to block spells and chance to block projectile spells through rainbowstrides' conversion.

But the implicit chance to block spells on anvil is only added to one of these.

(Other mismatches between stats on items and character sheet is due to acrobatics.)

I think you mixed it up. There are:
1.) block - works against attacks
2.) spell block - works against spells
3.) ticitus span - additional block chance against all kind of projektiles
You can convert block to spell block but the is no such thing as converting additional block against all kind of projektiles to "chance to block projectile spells through rainbowstrides' conversion".

Actually, you mixed it up 666lol666. Check the screenshots posted. Titicus span and rainbow strides are working fine. The issue is that the anvil's 4% chance to block spells is adding to chance to block spells, but not chance to block projectile spells.
