[2.3] [WorkInProgress] Bow posion juggernaut

Hey,

work in progress.

Build will be about 100% phys immunity with 9s immortall call uptime and auto-refilling endurance charges.

I figured it cant be that wrong to recast one quick spell every 9s when people recast few stacks of BV every like 10s or so and live with it.
Ofc we go for 1 lioneye's fall jewel. Maybe 2, but i think 1 is more optimal.
I will use the A2 reward jewel probably for more pierce and drillneck effect, but not sure.

planned stats seem to be like : 55~%ish crit with inc crit gem and 0 power charge, 66%ish with 3 power charges, ~370% crit multi.
Seems good enough for doing decent damage while immune to phys.
With gear and tree above i have 5350 estimated life, might drop some damage to reach like 6kish.

Bandits: Oak / Kill (or Kraityn) / Oak

Auras: Blasphemy warlords mark (mana leech) or assasin's mark (power charges) + Herald of Ash and/or Arctic Armor + Clarity? perhaps
(~70-85% reserved)

Puncture + SlowerProj + Pierce + PPAD + ???? Trap? IncCrit? for boss debuffing
