I'm thinking Arrakis would be a good choice. Belts as jewelry makes sense if you consider flasks to be the embedded jewels. Of course on planet Dune, your armor (if a still suit) would be your flask, so no need for belts, or jewelry.

heck most games dont even refer to a "jewellery" class of items. everything that weighs more than a pound is considered armor/weapons (except female armor) and everything that weighs less than a pound is considered an accessory.

Well I consider the difference between jewelry and armor is based in the function. For example I have seen plenty of gorgets that weigh less than a pound but are clearly armor meant for protecting the neck and not jewelry. Not to say that armor can't look snazzy too, but you wouldn't wear a gorget to a social function unless you were in full armor.

OP, watch a belly dancer who knows what she's doing and tell me again how belts aren't jewellery.
