[2.3] NAT's Burning Discharger/RF

This is my first buildguide. I'm not a native english speaker. Sorry if I made misstakes.
Please comment generel guide tips and improvements/thoughts for the build I am using Discharge, RF and Flame Surge for great aoe and good single target damage. To sustain RF I am using RotP Shield and Purity of Fire. It also helps against reflect mobs. My Life regen comes mainly from Endurance Charges. Depending on the gear you can have between 9 and 12 Charges. Kaom's Way: 0.4% of maximum Life Regenerated per second per Endurance Charge and another 0.2% life regen per Endurance Charge from passiv tree. Gear:
