[2.3] Elementalist CI Degen Vortex - WIP (feedback welcome)

Hi my fellow exiles,
Here is yet another vortex build that so many people play. I have no idea is something like that is floating around or not, but here is my take on vortex. The build is a non crit degen vortex, using witch elementalist for all the awesome damage ascendancy. the final tree (planned): using poe tree skill: using online build planner (to show all the stats - recommended): Key features: CI Mind over matter 5.2% life regen with zealot oath 200% es dual curse with blasphemy Skills: vortex - increase aoe - rapid decay - Faster casting - Controlled Destruction - conc effect frostbolt - GMP - faster casting or frostbolt - spell echo - faster casting - slower proj (i think this could be a really good way to deliver damage to more risky packs, and shooting 2 frostbolts at the time moving in front of you and quite slow, lets you proc the vortex in link from you, this way the degen will do it work while mobs are heading your way) Supports: Blasphemy - elemental weakness - enfeeble or another offensive curse (if I ever could afford Heretic's Veil - I would also run discipline) Cold golem - fire golem - fortify (because why not - they will be tanky as hell anyway) Gear: BIS - dream gear:

helm - Heretic's Veil chest - The Beast Fur Shawl gloves - rare gloves - high es triple resitance boots - Rainbowstride (not skyforth - surprise!) amu - Star of Wraeclast (imo is BIS here) belt - there are few options: really good 3 res rare belt; or Ascent From Flesh or Doryani's Invitation (cold version) preferably corrupted with increase aoe rings - there are many options here, depending on your needs (with all the stuff above one would need a shit ton of resistance to make up for the uniques) weapons - 2x Doryani's Catalyst (its hard to beat that damage) real gear:

helm - good rare helm with resistance and es chest - rare 5/6 linked vaal regalia - again flat es - % increase es - resitance gloves - rare gloves, resistance and high es boots - same as in BIS section amu - high spell damage - % elemental damage - %increase es - resistances belt - same as in BIS section rings - same as in BIS section weapons - rare scepters with spell damage/elemental damage or both, also a +3 staff with a high spell damage roll would work fine here. (I was thinking of trying out):

This build without skyforth, headhunter, 6L shavronne's wrapping and... BLADE VORTEX AS MAIN SKILL will not work
