CWDT + Phase Run Not working properly

My gem setup : lvl 1 CWDT - Phase Run lvl 2 - Portal - Immortal Call lvl 2


When the threshold has been reached, everything works properly except phase run (level 36). It wont allow me to self cast, meaning it's under control of CWDT. The cooldown for Phaserun begins, but there is no phasing animation, or buff icon. Pic related. Notice the cooldown of phaserun in its early term - should still see buff icon.

To add to what Vipermagi said, you should put phase run last in the link setup, so it casts last.

Note though that even then you'll probably never see it activate, since most of the time you are taking damage you are also casting a skill yourself too!
