HI'm from Malaysia, I'm playing in Singapore Gateway.
the latency will change to either 66ms or 90ms... When it 90ms latency become unstable, When it 66ms latency stable. Last few weeks ago I called to my ISP and asking them to check,
I email the trace to them too, and after a few days they called back to me and said "there is no problem to my internet, it is cause by the game's server he said." So I open path of exile and check my latency, it was back to 66ms and stable... In love Hardcore solo self-found mode

Not normal at all. It is either completely unavailable or in rare cases, when authorized, extremly laggy (250-300ms). Usually I have a 54ms ping from Bangkok.
For the last 4 days I could pretty much only login via another Server (which is Australia and too slow for me play on). Please look into Singapore server. After being able to login on Singapore I ran WinMTR for a while. In game the latency is over long periods ok then breaks down. Still better than playing over Australia. If all days were like today I would not complain.

In all the tests you show spike of latency of around 200ms from the third hop onwards
The last set of tests while you get spikes it shows an average of 40ms(good) The first lot of tests showed average latency of 80 ish ms starting again from the third hop The spike would cause stuttering in game unless you were using predictive then it would cause desync. Not sure how your connection goes but first hop is your PC to whatever it's plugged into. The second hop for me is from the router to the box in the street, some setups are different though. Depending on where the third hop is (it may be in the house) a simple power cycle of the router could work OR you may need to contact your ISP and give them the results of the test. Ancestral Bond.
