I recommend dropping Atziri's Acuity for Maligaro's Virtuosity since it would add a lot more damage and we grab Vaal Pact anyways. Another suggestion is possibly switching Loath Bane for a Wrath Fang since the spell damage on the dagger goes a really long wa - using Crown of Eyes we stack a lot of increased attack damage which adds up from our gear and goes into increasing the damage all our auras provide. Overall your gear is amazing, just some slight adjustments should lead to a huge increase in damage. When it comes to high end builds very small optimizations make big differences. Another thing would be grabbing Skyforth since that lets you drop the Power Charge on Crit gem for another damage heavy support. Tree looks good, make sure to pick up Fast and Deadly with the additional 2 Labyrinth points.

Within the first 2 weeks of Prophecy I setup my elemental based Spectral Throw character and managed to just rip through content, if you want to start this in a temporary league or with low budget I definitely recommend starting off with Life/Elemental based before saving the currency for low life.

When I was leveling I just used Spectral Throw + LMP + Added Lightning Damage, and took nodes in no particular order, but I'll definitely look into making a leveling guide soon - probably for the new league.

My take on making a strong life based version:
(Possible in temp league, but this build is NEVER a good starter build. Until you can afford acuities, it ain't worth the hassle)

I chose Ranger -> Deadeye, alternative would be Scion -> AssRaider

I will ultimately waste 2 points to get 1.4% life regen (duelist and shadow) in order to negate the BR degen for most maps, thats one of my pet peeves. After that I am taking are the 4 mana and flask nodes and the proj damage ranger start node.
Theoretically the build is finished at 98 with the last 5% and 4% life nodes taken.

Defensive stats:



Im using LMP for damage and mana cost, I don't feel clear speed suffers at all.

I almost always have vaal haste and atziri flask up, so that boosts DPS even further.
I personally think vinktars is a disgrace and should be removed from the game.

Is there anyway to do spec throw from shadow or witch? I was thinking either full phys with assassin or the buzzsaw ele stuff with elementalist. What do you think?

That NepNY1 guy... how is possible to have that gear... 6 top mirrored items, almost perfect legacy shavs... and you don't know how to make the build works?

The only issue with full physical is that it gets really expensive to reach sublime clear speed, while you can have that same clear speed with a lower cost when elemental based. Assassin could work because of the critical strike benefits, but I would recommend inquisitor for raw damage or deadeye for clear speed.

Do you think the low life would be ok as a first character for this upcoming league? (assuming no big nerfs to it) I've never done spectral throw or low life and it looks pretty fun. Would using the lorica armor in new league be fine until I can get a shavs? Or is this the kind of build that would need to be transitioned into after you have the high end items and perhaps need to be farmed for with either life spectral throw or another build altogether?
