Claw skin MTX for daggers

One of my favorite builds in D2 was Rabies Druid and these days thanks to poison changes It's kind of possible to create character in PoE with similar playstyle. The key item is of course Bino's kitchen knife. However I feel like dagger doesn't fit character theme as good as claw does. Unfortunately It's not possible to use skin transfer for different weapon types.

Please can you make some kind of beast claw / wolverine style MTX which would unite dagger and claw appearance similar way as Adder's Claw does?..
