Ancient Rivalries IV bugged (And more by the looks of it.)

I'm currently trying to complete The Sword King's Passion and The Singular Spirit prophecies but neither seems to complete even after killing several Mad Gladiator rare monsters and a tormented spirit.
Took both of them after the patch. Trying to complete in The Grand Arena zone in act 4 merciless. |

Ancient Doom is not triggering after the patch: not appearing in the quest tracker when I enter the Ancient Pyramid on Merciless, the prophecy is not disappearing from my Prophecy page either.

Having the same bug with Unbearable Whispers III - killing Shav and not spawning the tome. Got the prophecy after the patch. A Prodigious Hand also bugged, killing a rare Sutured Aberration did not cause gloves to drop. Clearly something is screwing with prophecies across the board.

Thaumaturgical History III bugged for me. Prophecy picked up before the patch.

The Lady in Black: killed a rare Blackguard Archmage in the Battlefront (Merc) - no drop, no text, nothing. I've done this one several times before the patch 2.3.1 without any issues.
Looks like prophecies are just not triggering after this patch? |
