PoE / Steam Badge

I have a question about the progress of badges through Steam as related to PoE. I've noticed that friends of mine who have played the game the same amount or less, and that have spent money around the same timeframes as me have badge progress in their Steam profile, yet I have zero progress and zero drops?

Seems like maybe something isn't syncing properly with my account or something? If someone knows why this is the case, any help would be appreciated and thanks :)
