Raider Onslaught and Phasing?

I'm running a Raider with Quartz Infusion. It says:
'You have Phasing while at maximum Frenzy Charges' and 'You have Phasing while you have Onslaught' However, I don't get Phasing when I use my Silver Flask and I don't have Phasing when I have maximum Frenzy Charges. Am I missing something or is this a bug? Last bumped on Jun 20, 2016, 9:28:04 PM

Afaict, it's just poorly designed and communicated. You do get phasing, you just can't tell.
Try walking through enemies and it should still work fine though. Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:

You will not visually see Phasing while maximum frenzy charges and/or Onslaught. Best way to figure out if you have phasing active is to see in your stat-sheet, if you have allocated to Avatar of the Veil, that you have 20% increased movement speed, immune to elemental status ailments, and 10% spell dodge while phasing throughout the duration of your maximum frenzy charges and/or Onslaught.
