Is this possible?(Blade vortex or shield charge with templar)

Hello , i want to play blade vortex or shield charge build and i have a 88 level templar. Can i do that , if i can do which build should i follow ? I searched but couldn't find helpful documentation. I'm a newbie , please don't go hard on me :)
