Elem focus or Fire pen ?

A question: Why do you have Echo Support in your 6L for Spectre? What advantage does casting 2 of them have over buffing them with another support spell?

Think of spell echo like doubling your damage but more since there is a more spell casting speed multiplier which really scales well with stacking cast speed.

The spectre itself(if its a spell caster) will gain the spell echo effect. Make sure to remove spell echo before summoning so u don't accidently summon something u don't want. Then requip when done.

Question : What jewel to put?

Currently running this build and it's going great. It's a lot of fun to play.

What's your minion damage and life percent?

what jewel needed ?
