" write them a mail at support@grindinggear.com, imho that's the only way to get a shot at some dev support as they haven't and probably won't do support here as this support section is run by players. you can also try reddit which get's more support attention than these forums (mark_ggg being the glorious exception). age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!

" Tried this and was told that it's most likely a hardware issue. But i can't upgrade my whole computer and since i can't replicate it anywhere else than PoE it's pretty hard to figure out what the problem actully is. Been doing stress tests, reinstalled windows completly today and now im out of things to try. Guess I'll have to stop playing PoE and do other stuff sadly :/ |

You should set up system logging, for which there are many utilities available.
As an example, when I had Windows installed, I used a combination of HWiNFO64 (portable version available) for logging and then Generic Log Viewer from HWiNFO32/64 - Extensions to view the data. Just enable logging before a game session and hopefully you'll capture some helpful data. You can also use a the aforementioned HWiNFO to provide an in-game HUD for vital system information. Regarding the black screen lock-up, I encountered this once and noticed that at the time in happened the VRAM utilisation on the GPU was excessive, basically the game was trying to use more than was available on the card.
