i got that prophecy now 3 times in a row, did the lab, finished the quest, still getting unbreathing queen II again. Last bumped on Jul 5, 2016, 2:57:25 PM

This happened to me today too. I had the prophecy "The Unbreathing Queen II", slay the thing in the last room of merc-lab. Walked into the room and nothing. And the prophecy was gone, had to reacquire it. Looking to try again in an hour or 2.

"You will encounter the spirit of a hero in the Lord's Labyrinth and defeat it."
Are you sure you guys are actually encountering and killing the additional mini-boss in the labyrinth? Or just completing the labyrinth and skipping him entirely? It can spawn in any one of the labyrinth rooms (usually the first one), and when the "spirit of a hero" spawns your prophecy is consumed and you should see it show up on your quest log to the right. Once it's consumed, you need to kill him in that area. If you skip him you'll have to do this step again the next time you get this prophecy chain, which sounds exactly like what's happening to all of you here. |

" This is correct. Please make sure you check the Quest Tracker when you enter a new zone. As Rambo said, it typically spawns in the first area inside the labyrinth. Keep an eye out for the Quest Tracker. When you see it, make sure you track down the Spirit of a Hero and kill it in that zone. You should get a popup box that says "Prophecy Complete" and the Quest Tracker should change to say "Prophecy fulfilled" if done correctly. |

This just happened to me in Normal.
In the first area after the Plaza, I checked my prophecies and it was gone. There was nothing in the quest display. I was in a party, and I think I was second to enter the first area after the Plaza. Could that break the prophecy? Running heists fully zoomed in... because

" I'm afraid so. The prophecy was consumed when you entered the area, but since you didn't create the area, the prophecy monster didn't spawn. This is certainly a bug :( The good news: this is fixed locally and should be deployed in the next patch (aiming for this week). While an explanation doesn't fix your experience here, I hope it at least clears it up. Sorry to hear this happened to you! |

same is happening to me, and I can confirm that I killed the monster with spirit and completed the prophecy, now it show again in step II, this is maybe the third time that happen to me.
