Basilica Annex (Uber Lab) Golden Key area door at entry (lever) bugged.. SS + bug id

As you can see from picture.. lever to open gate to go down the side didn't open door..
Other side of left of entrance is the Golden key door quick exit which is locked from otherside..

No way to progress since lever didn't open the door..

Tl;dr

Left of entry golden key exit (can't open from this side)
Spot in pic lever above me didn't open gate..

Can't finish uber lab since both ways blocked..
