Pale Council no unique drop

as title says killed the pale council got the challenge for it and didn't get any of the random 4 unique's your suppose to get really blows to do all this chains that come down to you getting a shot at 1 of this unique's and not getting it because of a bug -_- screenshots>>

I got the same bug, killed the pale council and did not get any of the specific unique drop, I was playing an earthquake slayer. https://gyazo.com/f136acb5ee4fb6f23b1bfb5f5becd45d here is the loot, I am showing all drops in the screenshot.
