how is frostbolt

I'm liking it. Not the most exiting skill, but gets the job done.
very high damage and Pierce. It's kinda like Spark, just fill a zone with Frostbolts and wait for things to die. Spell Echo-GMP-Slower Projectile-Frostbolt, you create a Massive wall of damage that also slows anything trying to get to you. I'd imagine it scary (bot both enemies and your PC) on a totem build. |

" I don't know if you know this, but: DoT from Vortex can't be converted, so Void manip buffs your initial hit slightly and then debuffs your DoT slightly. Hypothermia doesn't work with DoTs, only works with hits, so it doesn't do anything at all on your first vortex cast. On topic: Frostbolt seems Ok. Decent damage, but not much else, kinda like slow Freeze Pulse without the inbuilt freeze and damage falloff. With some proj speed or Faster Proj support becomes actually very decent at delivering your Vortex and Ice Nova to far away enemies. |
