Blind and 0 Evasion Do its work???

1.if i got 0 evasion and 5% base evade value and i blind enemies how my evade value change???its worth using blind with 0 evasion or not can some1 explain

2.if i got Unvawering Stance and cannot evade BLIND wont do anything ? mob with 100 accuracy or with 5000 accuracy will always hit me ?

1. Enemy has 95%chance to hit without blind and 47,5%with blind(if blind was 50% less chance to hit, can't remember atm)

2. You cannot evade no matter what so all enemies have 100% chance to hit, blinded or not
