Prophecy Ancient Doom not working

Ancient Doom Prophecy:
You will defeat the Vaal Oversoul while wielding Doomfletch.

Nothing happens after killing Vaal with the Doomfletch, tried 4 times.

Same here, i can see the prophecy in quest tracking on the right, but i'm still farming without result (10-15 times actualy ) :/

Getting the same bug as well. My prophecy is for merciless and I'm killing him in merciless with doomfletch. I also see the quest tracker on the right. Tried 3 times without success.

I'm trying again and again, tried naked with only the Doomfletch bow equiped still not working.

I whisped someone who sell it on poe.trade asked him how he get it, he tell me he got it first time without quiver equiped but nothing special.

I can also confirm that Im having issues with this prophecy- currently farming my fourth run with Doomfletch. I've tried removing my quiver, that hasn't solved this. Anyone with any new ideas please shout out!
inb4 I'm not using any minions, auras, or other modifiers that would reattribute the kill. Not culling, not even using a skill at this point (basic attack chipping away...)

Frustrating.

My only guess at this point is that it won't drop the item because of item level restrictions (this is in normal)

SOLVED: REMOVE GEMS FROM ITEM WHEN MAKING THE ATTEMPT

WE ARE FOOLS AND SHOULD HAVE FIGURED THAT OUT

I dont know if there was a bug or not i've tryied the prophecy about 5 mins ago and im playing coc discharge so what ive done was equip the doomfletch with blade vortex and crit strikes when he was low life i just engage him and hope for a crit strike and done.. worked like a charm [Prophecy Complete] :)
