Duelist Slayer Ascendency Bugged

Upon gaining ascendency as a Slayer and allocating my points (Into headsman Bane of legends, Impact), I stopped getting consistent frenzy charges from my curse poacher's mark. I would gather 30 or so mobs and kill them only to get 1 or 2 frenzy charges. I did this multiple times. Before I ascended, I would get plenty of frenzy charges from poacher's mark. I'm pretty sure this is because of one of the Duelist's ascendency nodes.
IMO it's Impact. Kills from impact aren't counting for poachers mark, only the main attack is. IGN: TsuruyaNyro Last bumped on Jul 6, 2016, 9:03:28 PM

Ohey, this one. After messing around more, it seems to happen when you instantly slay enemies; when you need more than one hit (or the Culling) to get a kill, it works just fine. It's Headsman that is causing this problem, somehow. Unallocating only Headsman solves it for me.

That's actually such a disaster. I rerolled slayer to avoid the reflect issue that come with flicker, an ability that's works around doing large initial hits, and the node that's supposed to help me is actually destroying me lol.

Same problem as soon as I allocated Headsman. Bloodrage is still generating charges just fine.

90% of the reason I chose headsman was to be immune to physical reflect.

Not sure, but the problem definitively goes away when I remove the Headsman node.
