Not found Rare Axiom Thunderguard in The Upper Prison

It doesn't always spawn, I had to run the upper prison about 7 times before I found it, just rush looking for packs of skeleton mages and ignore the rest, that should make it faster to find it.

The next area including the Warden room are all part of the upper chamber. That's where I found my prophesy.
