Does Arctic Armor reduce reflected Fire Damage ?

I've been searching for a definite answer for this (title) for a while but I've only found conflicting opinions on the matter.. some say it does, some say it doesn't.

Searching the wiki also didn't help. As on the "Damage Reflection" page it says "Reflected damage doesn't trigger on/when hit effects".

Arctic Armor (in-game wording) "#% less fire damage taken when hit", so logically it shouldn't work.

However, on the Arctic Armor page on Wiki .. it says under skill functions and interactions "Less Damage taken when Hit: This modifier is applied at the very end of the Damage calculations. As the damage reduction is only applied on hits (including reflect)"

it states that reflected fire damage will be mitigated by AA !!

Would like if a GGG employee/support/admin can give us a definite answer on this one.
What are your thoughts on this ??

I assumed it does. Ele res. helps with reflect, arctic armour is just another layer after me thinks.

edit: read the damage reflect wiki. the "Reflected damage doesn't trigger on/when hit effects[4]" i think is referring to things like cast when damage taken(support stuff that can trigger when you get hit).

Arctic armour's reduction isn't an 'effect' which gets 'triggered'. It just like all other damage reduction, except it only works against hits.

It works as long as you're standing still.
