The Jeweller's Touch Prophecy?

I got Jeweller's Touch in cruel, sealed it away, unsealed it later in my hideout, and threw about 20ish jewellers at the item before the Prophecy got fulfilled.
After the first 10 I checked if it said something about "can only be completed in difficulty x", but as it didn't I just threw some more Jewellers at it. |

Wasted about 150 jewelers on this prophecy. I was in my hideout trying to figure it out. It didn't work at first so I tried 5 socketing the item them throwing 1 jeweler at it. I ended up googling it and came here to find out it can only be done in Merciless. I must have been high because in the prophecy description it did not state it had to be merciless

Relogging worked for me. It should be 100%.

Its confirmed by GGG that you have to re-zone after you activate the prophecy.
