Build Suggestions for Pushing to Level 100

Right then. As the title suggests, I am trying to make a character to get to level 100 with. I currently have a level 93 Shadow that has yet to use the full skill tree reset. Last league, it was a Voltaxic LA Assassin, but the nerfs to Voltaxic and the fact that I have played tons of bow builds have made it somewhat unappealing and boring to me. Do you guys have any suggestions for builds I can play using this character to get to 100? I've been told to do CI CoC Discharge, but there are two problems with it:
1) Discharge will get me kicked from like 90% of mapping groups and I would like to join them as it is usually more interesting
2) The build is very expensive- for it to work well, I'd need to get a 6-link Voll's Protector and a Voll's Devotion, not to mention the cost of crafting a good CoC dagger.
My funds on Standard are not astronomically large, but decent enough to afford the stuff needed to make a good build. I also own some uniques/rares that could be used, including a 300 pDPS Ambusher, a 5-Link Shav's, CoE, Aegis Aurora, Prism Guardian, a 400 ES shield, a non-legacy Kaom's, Abyssus, and some other stuff. I'm fairly interested in CI or low life builds, but the disadvantage of not using life flasks is a rather large one to me, who loves spamming my beloved instant Hallowed life flask too much.
Anyways, I look forward to seeing all of your suggestions, as I am kind of lost right now.
