Bugged Prophecy?

Is it marked in quest tracker that's the map with prophecy in it?

I finished that by killing possessed rare blackguard by torment spirit in The Ebony Barracks. No quest tracker

There are basically three kinds of prophecies:

1. Fully random - can happen on any compatible enemy, these don't show the quest tracker.
2. Permanents - prophecies that require killing the enemy which normally spawns in an area, like 'kill a boss with a certain item equipped', they will show the quest tracer and if you reset the area they will show again.
3. One-offs - prophecies that spawn a specific monster, like a warband, a special boss or exile, these are consumed on area creation, if the area is lost you will need to obtain the prophecy again.
