Game crashed during the undead blackguard in Imperial Garden prophecy.

This happened in normal difficulty. I don't remember the name of the prophesy but it was one that rewarded a unique item for defeating an undead blackguard in the imperial gardens. I entered a new instance of the Imperial Gardens from Sarn to make the prophecy appear. I was running down a line of non-ruined carts (the hint said I would find the guard near the ruined cart), when the game just crashed.

I managed to log back in and finish the prophecy but a unique item didn't drop. I don't know if I just mixed it up with another prophecy that drops a unique or if it's a bug. The prophecy name was "In the Grasp of Corruption."
