Thanks, good thought. I have my sound card as default, but will switch to my onbaord sound chip, then switch back to test if I notice this issue.

I tried that method yesterday when this issue started again and it did not help at all. Only solution was to close POE and all other softwares that was somehow making sounds. only that restored sounds and stopped that crackling noise.
