Yeah I'll test it further tonight based on Adser's comment. It's possible that you are phasing but you don't stay blue/faded out and don't keep the buff. GGG is generally good on wording and it clearly states "you have phasing while at maximum charges". It's the only reason why I went Raider. Onslaught is going to be annoying as well because that one is purely on kill mechanic, but I went Raider for the added survivability, not dps.

Maybe I'll post this in bug report, see if it's intended or not.

Do You ever got Phasing Buff icon when reach max charges? I'm sure its not showing on my char when I reach max frenzy. Its a bit confusing right now.
