Public Stash - Poe.Trade lists item but not IGN or "Whisper" link

I recently bought a premium stash tab for trading purposes. I named the tab, made it public, set it to items priced individually, put a shield into the tab, and set the shield's price to 3 chaos. After about half an hour, I was able to find the shield on Poe.Trade by searching for the specific stats. However, unlike other listings, my item did not have a "whisper" link or even my IGN displayed in the listing (nor did it acknowledge that I'm online and logged in, although the FAQ says that public stash tabs should handle this automatically). The listing shows the 3-chaos price followed by a "Profile" link (which correctly links to my account profile). What am I doing wrong? All of the solutions I've found by searching so far are either for sellers using the forums instead of public stash tabs or recommendations to make sure my PoE profile isn't set to private (I checked, it isn't).

my first guess was your char's name has some exotic chars in it but it doesn't.

afaik poe.trade always lists your offers with the char name you're currently logged in.

i think he would be glad to hear about any problems in his parser which decodes the public trading api stream, just drop him a message

Thanks very much for the advice. In the process of double-checking that the issue is still there today, I noticed that my listing is not the only one that displays this way. I sent a PM using the link you provided. Hopefully it is a minor bug that can be resolved.

Less than 2 hours after sending the PM, xyz replied and the issue is fixed. Hooray!

Can you tell us the fix? A friend is having the same issue.
