In case you guys are late for the news, you can now buy a cheap Foe Bite for sale in act3 noticeboard as someone really wanted to get rid of it before 2.3 patch, you all going to see a new version of Foe Bite with higher implicit roll as 2.3 patch indicates there will be a higher implicit roll for wands and scepter.
