Yeah build was weakened with change to Endurance charge from 100% to 25% in 2.4 then Mjolnir 250ms nerf in 2.5 really killed it. Play Cospri discharge if you want to play discharge. Only discharge viable for end game now.

Its dead in so far as face tanking uber/shaper. It has about 1/4 DPS now as well thanks to 2.4 and 2.5 changes.
