Witch - build help ( FB/Vortex )

Sooo this is my FIRST ever own "passive tree" in my time playing.

I was thinking about making a FB/vortex ( the two new frost spells )

I'm looking for feedback and some help with the gems and what else to mix it with meaning if i should flame dash and what to link that with and if any deff gem combos.

So if anyone has the time and would like to help, go for it i'd appricate it alot.

I'm going to do something similar to you, but with much more life.
My tree might change a little, since i don't know yet if the real damage from vortex will be the initial impact of the degen. Might also dump the cast speed nodes I took.

I plan o using a kaom's heart and a +3 cold gems staff, but probably gonna usa a taryn's shiver before I can afford that staff.

Not shure about the links on vortex yet, but probably something like cold pen., controlled destruction, rapid decay, inc aoe/conc effect.
