You suggested taking a look at a remapping software. But how exactly does this work? Did you remap your mouse buttons to specific keys on your keyboard, like, if you press a specific key, it executes a mouse-button-click at the current cursor location?

That is definitely something that can be done, yeah. Pretty much any macro program would let you do this as well. (eg: autohotkey.)

(Note that using re-mapping or macro programs to carry out multiple actions with one button press is against GGG's rules. But a single mouse click is fine.)
Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:

Yes.

It maps the mouse button to a keyboard button. Some mice even come with custom remapping software. But they are usually gaming mice.

I once worked with a woman with a much more severe disability than yours (low-functioning cerebral palsy), and she had everything mapped to the keyboard, allowing her to do everything you or I can do--albeit much slower.
Wash your hands, Exile!
you don't have to mouse klicki klacki on locations to walk there, moving the mouse to the location while pressing and holding the left mouse button does the same.

just my 2 cents.
as a gamer you probably know this but i've seen plenty of people who don't.
age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!
