[2.3]Doryani's Touch - Lightning Ice Crash [Elementalist]

Will revisit this in the future.
Thinking of several other 'wacky' builds that I want to try as well.
Barely played in Prophecy so I didnt get too far on the character BUT the life version of the build will probably the the best if anyone wants to try the build.
