Culling strike

Culling strike works versus player.

Not a bug. If you have under 10hp (I think) then a culling strike will get you every time.

This is intentional, if you have less than 10% of your life a hit from any skill that has culling strike will kill your character.

Low life is your health at 35% or lower
Culling strike culls you when you are at 10% life remaining Since we don't know how much you are reserving from your health pool we can't tell but yes you can get culled if you sit at 10% life on your low life build, this is intended Ancestral Bond.
