PC crashing like I flip my energy button

My PC sometimes crashes completly. It is like flipping the energy button. The PC completly shuts down!

The known issue thread says something about crashes with Creative sound cards. I don't have such a card but I still tried to apply the same solution. It doesn't work.

I think I only have that problem with my Ice Nova character. I dropped that character at the start of the perandus league and never had a crash again. Today I decided to revive that character and instantly got a crash. That's why I think that problem is realated to my ice nova character.

I hope someone knows a fix. I won't continue to play that character with that kind of bug. Those kind of crashes can't be good for pc in the long term. I'm kind of sad that I have to drop that character. It was a lot of fun to play ice nova. Maybe the upcoming patch will fix my problems. I dunno.

Maybe theres a solution for your problem with these pc crashes.
You should try to deinstall your nvidia hd audio driver, after restart your pc and it should everything be fine
