Unstable Infusion needs a change.

Currently Unstable Infusion in the Assassin ascendency gives you a 10% chance to get a power charge on non-critical. I love this passive and consider it (easy way to generate power charges without needing curses or anything else) one of the perks of being an assassin.

However, as an assassin getting rly high crit chance is easy (or even capping it) and it makes this passive lackluster ( u will either never gain power charges from it or u will keep loosing and building them). Considering the interaction that power charges have with Deadly Infusion it is vital to keep them up so this becomes a real issue.

To make things worse this makes taking the passives Ambush and Assassinate counter-productive (both pritty much cap your crit in their respective situations). This is especially important since in the coming patch we will get another 2 ascendency points so having Deadly infusion + Assasinate is a real option.

My suggetion is:
Option 1: make Unstable Infusion simple have chance to generate power charges on hits (can reduce chence to 5% if 10% is to high) . (5-10% chance to generate power charge on hit)

Option 2: significantly increase the chance on current Unstable infusion (something like 25-50% chance on non-crit). This way even if u have 90% crit u still can maintain power charges with Unstable Infusion ( currently at 90% crit u will gain power charge 1 in 100 hits since 10% chance on 10% chance to non-crit).

There is also option of changing it to power charge on crit BUT this is too similar to occultist Forbidden Power and it would make thing like crit Incinerate cluncky if not impossible(since you would need to use another skill to start getting power charges).

I believe option 1 is the best and simplest way to make Unstable Infusion work. It would make it so it no longer conflicts with Ambush and Assassinate , while alowing things like crit Incinerate to still work.

So let me get this straight:
You're hitting 95% crit chance
You're not running Assassin's Mark

Hmm.

Hexproof map? No problem unless bow. Just put PCoC on Whirling Blades. Not forever, just for that one map.
