Change how quality bonus is displayed on gems

It's really annoying how the bonus from quality is currently hidden from players when there is no quality on gems. Also, it's not ideal how when quality is present, there is no way to distinguish between that bonus and the gems normal mods/bonuses. The bonus granted to skill/support gems from quality should always be shown in some form. This is useful both so that player know what the quality bonus is and so that new players know that this bonus exists.
The way it's displayed on the Path of Exile Gamepedia page is a good example of how this bonus could be displayed on gems. Last bumped on May 17, 2016, 6:49:04 AM

Push Enter after that Quality Bonus Line.
Exemple: Gem Name Description Quality Bonus Gem Affixes Or like this: Gem Name Description Gem Affixes Quality Bonus Tortured, yet, i'm broken.
