EE Wand Templar

I'm relatively new to the game, and I was working on a new build with which I hope you guys would help me tweak. I'm not sure what I'm going to use as skills in the end-game, but as of right now(at level 7) it looks like it'll be shock nova frost nova(or cold snap) and firestorm.
