Pathfinder's Nature Boon and flask charges gained.

Hey, I have a couple of questions regarding Pathfinder's Nature Boon notable and how it interacts with some flask charges modifiers. I don't have a leveled Ranger to test this in game, so any insight would be appreciated.

Nature's Boon states "Flasks gain a charge every 3 seconds."

1) Is that increased by notables such as Primal Spirit and Druidic Rite (20% increased flask charges gained each) and The Magnate belt (50% increased flask charges gained)?

2) Is that affected by the Perpetual prefix on flasks? Suppose for a second a perfect roll of 40% increased Charge Recovery and the above is true.
With Nature's Boon, Primal Spirit, Druidic Rite, and the Magnate, would my Perpetual flask gain (1+0.2+0.2+0.5)*1.4 = 2.66 charges every 3 seconds?

I was also wondering the same thing and I tried it. I actually have 70% flask charges gained modifier and it gives me 2 charges, 2 charges, 1 charge, 2 charges, 2 charges, 1 charge,... So yes, it works.
