How hard will it be to obtain tabula on normal in Flashback SC event? And how much it can cost?

Depends how early, haven't really been following the prices in Perandus but in the first few days it will be expensive, probably will go for an exalt or something. I suppose you can just farm Aqueducts, 100 runs should net you a set or most of it and enough cash to buy the rest.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
