Vaal mask (Vertex) enchantement not worcking. I have an enchanted a Vertex and it gives 14% less of dicipline mana reserved. I have put my Dicipline gem in it and it still having 35% of mana reserve. I am a little in rage cause to i have paid 2 ex for it at poe trades.

You can try removing support gems from it if you got it linked.
