Quadcurse sire of shards freezing pulse inquisitor

Hi all,

I wanted to share somekind of a semi funny semi serious build I wanted to try for sometime.

Quad curse (enfeeble, temp chains, assasin's mark, wralord's mark) with heretic's veil and crit freezing pulse with sire of shards for a nova pulse.

The idea is to crit close to 100% of the time with inevitable judgement, assasin's mark and temporal chains for freezing. The result is pretty ok up to the maps I've done (tier 8), it can perma freeze all bosses including beyond uniques.

To get quadcurse we use heretic's veil, doedre's and windscream. Belly of the beast as the build is kind of low on life with so many uniques, however temp chains, enfeeble and granite flask help a lot surviving the times you get hit, which is nto often as everything is frozen.

Something nice I found during leveling is that you can pretty much keep vaal haste up 100% of the time with chill of corruption.
